Calorie tracker, on WhatsApp
Send a photo, a few words or a voice note. Jotto estimates the calories and keeps today’s total against your goal. See protein, carbs and fat on your dashboard.

An example
A typical calorie app wants the exact dish from a list of near matches, then an amount, then a save. With Jotto you say it the way you’d say it to a friend.

What you get back
Every meal you log comes back with today’s total against your goal. The dashboard splits it into protein, carbs and fat, shows the week as rings, and flags nutrients that pass a limit or reach a goal, where the food data has them.

Sunday summary, in the chat
Switched on with your first meal, off in Settings any time. A quiet week gets no summary.
A photo can’t see how much oil went in. When a number looks off, reply with what’s true. And if you don’t know your target, Jotto works it out.
Corrections

Corrections never count toward your free messages.
Your target
Jotto asks four quick questions, one at a time: sex, age, height and weight. Then lose, maintain or gain. It sets a daily calorie and protein target you can change any time.

Not only meals
Add what you paid and the same message becomes a meal and an expense. The chat also keeps your to-dos, notes and saved links, and counts habits like coffees.
Where it can, Jotto uses the USDA food database, then Open Food Facts for packaged and regional foods, then an estimate. They’re still estimates, especially from photos, where Jotto has to judge the portion. For a closer number, add detail like “2 rotis” or “250 g”, or reply with a correction.
Packaged foods come from Open Food Facts when the USDA data doesn’t have them. Restaurant dishes come back as estimates you can correct with a reply.
