Terms of Service

Jotto is a product of Indie Labs (“we”, “us”) — it turns the messages you send to our WhatsApp number into a personal log — meals, expenses, notes, todos, habits, and bookmarks — with a dashboard to review and edit them. By messaging the number or signing in, you agree to these terms with Indie Labs.

The Free plan includes 50 captures per calendar month and every feature. Pro removes the cap for $5 a month or $50 a year (2 months free); WhatsApp numbers from India pay ₹299 a month or ₹2,990 a year. Prices include tax. Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Pro renews at the end of each month or year until you cancel, which you can do any time in Settings; cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for, and you aren't charged again. Deleting your account ends Pro straight away, and the time left isn't refunded. If prices change, we'll tell you before you're charged anything new.

Everything you capture is yours. You give us permission to store and process it purely to run the service — see the privacy policy for exactly what that means. Delete your account anytime in Settings and it all goes with you.

Calorie counts, nutrition values, and category guesses are automated best-efforts, not professional advice. Don't use Jotto as a substitute for medical, nutritional, or financial guidance.

Don't use Jotto to spam, to store unlawful content, or to probe or disrupt the service. We can suspend accounts that do — we'll say why.

Jotto is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it fast and reliable, but we can't promise uninterrupted service, and our liability is limited to what you've paid us in the last 12 months. WhatsApp is a Meta product; its availability isn't ours to guarantee.

If these terms change materially, we'll notify you on WhatsApp before the change applies. Continuing to use Jotto after that means you accept the update.
